Here is a message for you for the 2004 anniversary:

I know that many of you may have seen the Columbine evidence that the Sheriff's office put on display this year and it may have brought back painful memories for you.
I 'm continuing to pray for your healing.

Here is a song by Michael Sweet written as if Jesus were singing it to you.
I hope it will help your heart to heal.

THE RIVER

If you're hurting, I'll take your pain
If your life is dry and weary, I'll bring the rain
If you're searching, then search no more
If you're drifting on an ocean, I'll be the shore

I see the scars that you hide
I've kept the tears that you've cried, they were not in vain
And every prayer that you've prayed
I have treasured and saved, my love will never change

If you're looking for the river
That runs with healing water
Bring yourself to me
And I will wash you in an endless peace

I'm your Saviour,
And I'll save you
Tonight
If you're blinded by
The darkness, I'll be the light
If you're hopeless, I'll be your faith
If you're lost, I'll
Lead the way

If you would like to order the CD this song is on please visit:

                         www.michaelsweet.com

It is on his solo project titled:  "Real"

I would also recommend his other CD's to help you heal, especially:

His new project - "Hims"
Also on Real - Heaven Waits for You , Real  and Always there For You - accoustic version

The Michael Sweet self titled CD - especially the songs:  Someday  and  All This And Heaven Too

Unstryped - especially:  When I'm Lonely   and   I Need You Now

And the song  " Water " which is available for download for free on Michael's web site at:

I would also recommend music from his band Stryper for your healing:

Especially-

Honestly - on "To Hell with the devil"

Always there for You - on "In God we Trust"

Their new release of greatest hits is called:  " 7 " and it includes both "Honestly" and
                                            "Always There for You"

Many of the songs on the Stryper Cd's have loud guitar, so if  you're not into that kind of music parts of the CD's may not be your style, but they usually have 2 songs on each of the CD's that are ballads with Michael's excellent vocals.   Michael sings quiet a number of songs as if Jesus were singing them to you.

Michael's web page has samples of all of the songs on his CD's on the multimedia mp3 page.
